The AGUSTIN ticket paper pay parking system combines vehicle detection, computer network, video surveillance, image identification, realize the full-automation management of in and out vehicles. This system is suitable for both temporary and monthly user parking lot. It adopts paper tickets for temporary user and it serves as the evidence of temporary user for in and out. It is mainly for parking lot of large traffic flow (such as large office building lot, public parking lot and shopping mall etc.)

Working Process
Entrance
1. LED displays the welcome message to remind the driver to enter
2. Voice prompt reminds the driver to pick up the card or ticket
3. The driver needs to withdraw the ticket/card from the ATM in the counter for the monthly pass holder. He only needs to swipe the card in the reading area.
4. After the driver picks up the card/ticket or swipes the card, the barrier opens automatically and the driver can drive the car into the parking lot.
5. When the vehicle detector fails to detect the arrival of a car, the control cabinet and fence will never start to work. In this case, even if someone presses the green button, the entrance cabinet will not distribute cards/tickets.
Exit
1. LED displays the word goodbye and reminds the driver to leave
2. If monthly card holders collect fees at the exit, they need to hand the card/ticket to the toll collector and just swipe the card in the reading area.
3. After payment, the barrier will automatically open and the driver can drive the car out of the parking lot.
4. When the vehicle detector does not detect a car coming, the control cabinet will never start to work, and the fence will never turn on.
