Description

Agustin MRL Elevator:

EN81 ELEVATOR, German TUV Certification, CE Certification, EAC Certification

Capacity: 450kg~2500kg, speed: 1.0m/s~2.5m/s

MRL elevator design differs from the traditional traction rope routing of traction elevators. The ends of the cables are fixed to the support structure, and the lengths of the cables are connected to the car and counterweight by a system of force-enhancing, energy-saving composite pulleys. Machine room-less elevators have become a popular replacement for older hydraulic elevators in low- and mid-rise buildings.

Benefits:

MRL saves space by placing the compact gearless machine directly in the elevator shaft.

There is no need for a rooftop machine room, which may reduce construction costs.

MRL's gearless machine and counterweight configuration improves energy efficiency and provides a smooth, quiet ride.

MRLs typically run faster than conventional hydraulic elevators, saving passengers time.

Machine room-less (MRL) elevators are now available because advanced motor technology has reduced the size of electric motors used in traction equipment. These newly designed Permanent Magnet Motors (PMMs) allow manufacturers to position machines overhead in elevator shafts, eliminating the need for a machine room, typically located above the elevator shaft. A typical traction elevator requires a sheave-to-rope ratio of 40:1—in other words, the sheave is 40 times the diameter of the hoisting rope. Smaller ratios such as 16:1 can be achieved using the MRL lifting method. When reaching these types of smaller ratios, use flexible high-strength hoisting ropes to provide smaller 16:1 ratios. The grooves are shaped to catch the lifting rope.
